The installation at the school campus in Warden, WA uses the imagery of sprouts to make a dual connection to the students at the elementary school and the farming environment of the community. Leaves have icon cut-outs referring to academics, athletics and agriculture. The wind vane makes reference to the weather, the many directions the students will take.
